RETURN POLICY

Conditions of Refund

• Item is returned within 14 days of purchase if there is any faulty during the process of making your notebook.
• The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
• The returned item is unused and in good condition with original packaging.
• Returned item is not a Gift Voucher or Personalized Item.
• Return Shipping Cost does not covered for International Purchases.

The purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to you using the
original payment method once we have received the item in original condition.

How to return the notebook

1. Carefully package the product up with a copy of the receipt.
2. Complete a Returns Form
3. Send to: 103, Jalan Patani, 10150 Penang.
4. Email us the courier service tracking number to [email protected]
5. Refund payment will be processed within 7 working days upon receiving the returned goods.
